We believe in love.
We believe that God is love, and that love is not only a belief but a virtue to be lived daily — within our workplace, our community, and in every relationship around us.
We believe in the Word of God, the Bible, and we believe in the power of the Scriptures. The Bible teaches us that God is love, and it also says:
“God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and in truth.”
This is one of our foundation scriptures.
Because we believe God is Spirit, we believe He is not limited to any location, object, or physical form. We do not need to go to a specific place to find God. For this reason, we do not keep idols in our office, nor do we worship idols, because our belief is that God is Spirit.
We honour every employee, colleague, and client, and we respect their personal will and freedom to choose what they believe in. Our core value is to love and respect the choices of others. At the same time, we also wish to preserve the sanctity of our own belief system in the place we work from, and we appreciate when everyone respects and aligns with this perspective.
For us, love is greater than religion. Religion is not the focus; being spiritual is important. We encourage spirituality, truth, love, and inner transformation.
We believe in Jesus Christ, our Savior. We believe Jesus is alive, and that we can communicate with Him. We also believe that He has given us the Holy Spirit to teach us, guide us, lead us, and help us live according to the direction of love.
We encourage everyone to align with the simple message of love and to be obedient to the direction of being love.
We do not celebrate festivals merely as religious or cultural formalities — whether Christian, Hindu, Muslim, or any other festival. Instead, we choose to understand and honour the deeper spiritual meaning behind them.
For example, Diwali can be understood as celebrating the virtue of light — and the calling to be the light of the world. Christmas is not merely about celebration, but about giving, because God so loved the world that He gave His Son. Easter is about love, sacrifice, victory over evil, and the gift of the Holy Spirit.
We believe every festival carries a deeper meaning, and we prefer to celebrate that spiritual meaning rather than celebrate superficially without purpose.
To us, being love means being kind, considerate, giving opportunity, listening, encouraging, motivating, correcting, being merciful, being faithful, and being fruitful.
We believe in grace, but we also believe in accountability and repercussions.
