Caesar Anthony Jesus Fernandes is a builder of vision, shaped by legacy and driven by purpose.

Born as the youngest child of Camilo Fernandes and Betha Fernandez, Caesar inherited more than a business foundation—he inherited a way of life defined by humility, resilience, and the courage to create.

From an early age, he carried an unshakable conviction to build something meaningful. Choosing experience over convention, he stepped away from formal education to pursue entrepreneurship—guided closely by his father, whose mentorship laid the foundation for his journey.

What began with just two carpenters and an unutilized unit—Camilsons Industries —was not merely a business start, but the beginning of a lifelong pursuit of creation. Starting with doors and windows, Caesar discovered his natural inclination toward design, space, and functionality.

This instinct soon evolved into interior design, leading to the establishment of a furniture showroom in Colva—Living in Style—and the execution of bespoke interiors for villas and homes. But for Caesar, growth was never about staying comfortable. It was about constantly seeking what’s next.

His journey took him into exhibitions, trading, and eventually global exploration. Identifying the potential in prefabricated wooden structures, he ventured to China, studied manufacturing systems firsthand, and introduced wooden cottages into the Indian market.

Yet, he was not meant to remain a trader.

Driven by a deeper vision to build in India, for India, Caesar transitioned into manufacturing—giving birth to Wooden Homes India, a brand that today stands as one of the country’s most recognized names in prefabricated wooden construction.

From the hills of the Northeast, to the coasts of Goa and the islands of Andaman, his work has touched landscapes across India. With over 2,000 structures executed, his journey reflects not just scale, but consistency, adaptability, and relentless pursuit of excellence.

But Caesar’s vision extends beyond business.

Deeply rooted in a love for nature and community, he founded Kafmar Environmental Services Private Limited, bringing innovative environmental solutions such as river cleaning and ecological restoration—transforming a personal passion into purposeful enterprise.

In hospitality, he brought his philosophy to life through Ark Comforts, a boutique wooden retreat that blends design, warmth, and experience—earning recognition within the tourism industry.

His entrepreneurial journey also spans international trade, facilitating imports that support hospitality and infrastructure sectors.

Today, leading a growing team of over 100+ professionals, Caesar continues to expand the Camilsons Group across industries and geographies.
